ValentineP replied: "It depends on the material you use. I work with metal usually, and I find the handy materials to have are bottle caps (they make nice round frames when pounded down and are easy to make hole in), epoxy or resin, and of course the pictures. I usually use photocopies rather than the originals. A good book to look into all of this is Metal Craft Discovery Workshop by Linda and Opie O'Brien."
